A wonderful atmosphere to work out in and the staff is very helpful and supportive. It is always clean and my kids love doing sports here.
We were thrilled to attend the Ponds YMCA for their member appreciation day and from start to finish, the staff and leadership were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic about prioritizing extra health and wellness opportunities for their members. It’s on the smaller side compared to some of the Ys’ I’ve been to and for it to be in a big neighborhood, that’s the root of its problem. The biggest problem is everyone standing around the already limited equipment, just yapping. It seems like I can never use the basketball court because it’s always something going on in there and some times that something can be done in the adjacent yoga room. The staff is friendly so I will bump it up to two stars.
