I had a great experience getting my dad settled at the Pavilion of Downtown Venice. Michael and Rebecca were great to work with and my dad is comfortable in his new living environment.
Thank the heavens the previous director/administrator Vicky Coburn is gone!! She was awful, had absolutely NO idea how to talk to people and was so rude and condescending! How wicked to look down on the people who work directly to help take care of the elderly. Good riddance! No wonder she doesn't last long anywhere! The bad ones never do! Hope she never gets put in that role again, she doesn't belong in charge of people!! You can tell she has poor people skills/poor personality or just gets off on being a workplace bully!
I am a resident at the villa at Venice, the executive director Rebecca is caring and is always checking to make sure her Residents are taken care of. Ashley does a great job with activities, Erin director of wellness is always checking on us even in the hospital. Perfect location and building is clean Great Place to live.
