One of the worst clinics I’ve been to. Had our first appointment for our baby and were booked in for a “meet and greet”. The reception workers have no idea what they’re doing, the doctor ran 45 minutes late and offered no reason as to why, and she was not knowledgeable at all. Very poorly ran clinic.
When I first met my doctor I asked her if she’d be taking on so many patients that getting an appointment would be months. Sure enough getting an appointment takes 4-6 weeks! She’s very nice when I get to see her.
I didn’t think to leave a review until I switched to a physician who genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lida was consistently disappointing. She was late to every appointment, provided vague or surface-level responses, and refused to discuss anything outside the initial reason for the visit — even when the concerns were related. Hard to make appointments. Phone only answered half the time. Doctor seems fine.
This clinic is truly outstanding. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but the entire place is always spotless and well-maintained. The doctors are highly professional and take the time to make you feel heard and cared for. Clean environment, caring staff, and reliable service Thank you Summerview!
