Summerview worked out great I recently moved into Summerview Apartments. So far, it has bettered my expectations. Kudos to the leasing agent who was very responsive to my needs and facilitated the leasing process.

PLEASE READ This place is horrible! The front office people never answer the phone and when they do you get the worst possible customer service! The renovations are terrible I went to close my washer and dryer door and it simply fell off and broke my nail.. it was horrible! Also upon moving in it was the middle of summer we use our ac for one day and it goes!! I had to have maintenance in and out of my place for the first two months with nothing but problems!! 50% True 50% False I wish the living here was as luxurious as they make it sound. The finishings are aesthetically pleasing. But they are of low quality. The east gate constantly malfunctions. The jacuzzi/spa is a kiddy swimming pool at best. I do have a vouch for the roaches (they are outside) several trees are infested with them. The bathrooms are too small. Here is the plus. Don't let the stars fool you. Whoever is rating these apartments, lie. At first glance, you might think the property is nice. I did based on this website. The renovation gives it a facelift, but it's cheap material on top of old structure. And the facelift weren't done by professionals. The wiring is mixed up. And if there were an emergency evacuation, many people would get hurt. Roaches travel throughout--and don't bother complaining. They will not answer your concerns. NEVER MOVE HERE New management is renovating the whole complex. Over priced, our patio was broken into they havent done anything about it. Bugs are EVERYWHERE, inside and out and they dont do anything about it. No parking what so ever. People here are rude.
No answer After this new management took over a month ago ,they never answer the phone line ever !!! The other staff was so efficient on answering the phone and respond to your needs !!!

If you're like me...a good maintenance team REALLY matters BEFORE I moved into my new apartment at Summerview, I read PLENTY of reviews online all across the internet. If there were ANY complaints about waiting around days for the maintenance guy to come or pest control issues, needless to say, I didn't sign any lease at those places. I've lived at Summerview apartments for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The staff is completely amazing and make you feel at home and the maintenance guys are great always getting what you need done asap. I love the layout of the apartments and the newly remodeled appliances and just everything here is great I would definitely recommend this place to other people(:
