With this complex you have to expect the unexpected. Although they replaced the staff on the office, there are still too many issues at hand. The apartment complex has now started making repairs after the three years that I have resided here. In order to have an issue fixed by maintenance you have to request more than one time. Apartment Deferrals – I would not live in this apartment complex.....overcrowding, lack of proper maintenance, mold and mildew problems in the walls, plumbing leaks, sewage leaks, and other health related issues. Management changes on almost a monthly basis, and there is no continuity.
Only if you absolutely positively have to live here... – What could you possibly expect from a class C property? I have lived there for about 4 months now and while it could be worse I suppose, it could be a hell of alot better too! As far has maintenance repairs go about 50% of what I report is fixed right away. I am assuming the other 50% is not a priority therefore falls through the cracks on someones desk.
