The Apt I looked when I walked in was the smell of Roach spray. There were dead roaches on the floor. The apt was dirty and water damage to the floors. Very overpriced and not up to date. I was very unhappy and was embarrassed to even have a realtor show me this property with them not knowing the conditions of this property. Don't rent here.
