The staff at Summertime Apartments is absolutely AMAZING! She really made the process of transitioning so much easier for me. My kids love the apartment, it's a quiet and clean complex.

First of all the bad reviews are bulls***. Ms. Gail and Mr. Smokey are the nicest people you will ever meet. The maintenance men are knowledgable and will come and fix anything at anytime. Landscaping is well kept and trash bins are emptied almost daily.I moved here as a young private in the army into one of the one bedroom apts and have been here for the past three years (even after deploying twice and coming back). I would highly recommend these apartments. My husband and I stayed here for about 3 months with 2 small kids in the summer time, before we bought our house. Gale is the apartment manager and she is wonderful. She will work with you, if you ever have trouble with the upfront deposit. The apartments dont look like much, but for the price they are great. I would NOT reccommend these apts to ANYONE! At first when we moved in, we thought is was great...we were paying \$575 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and everything was included (including cable) but we had to pay electicity (obviously). First off, Gale (the apt mgmt) tried telling us we could have NO visitors. Then when we started getting mold in our apt due to the roofing being so old and leaking, NOTHING was done! My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half. In this time, we havent had any problems with the other residents (aside from the occasional noisy neighbor) or the management. Theres not attitudes from the employees here. When something needs repair or maintenance, theyre here usually in the same day. The walls arent thin so that you hear your neighbors conversations. There arent a ton of amenities, but the price makes it okay. We only pay \$575 for a 2/1.5. I definitely recommend it!
