The Leasing Consultant Tatianna is a gem. Super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she cares a lot about her job and residents. The Manager Melissa is not friendly at all. Moved in today after being stressed through the entire application process. I asked if there was an issue with pest especially cockroaches and was told no. Updated Review: After my original review regarding my experience with this complex, the property manager called me personally to say she read what I wrote. She stated they let me out of my lease in “good faith” and claimed they didn’t see anything in the unit when they entered. However, I have clear photo and video evidence proving otherwise. The Harlow, and specifically Tatianna Benson and Melissa Bonilla will take your money and deposit and leave you dry, respond late to your inquiries, and blame it on you. We aren’t fighting for our deposit back because we hope our $200 deposit and $110 in application fees will pay for itself by letting others know what a scam this place is.
