I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and am so thankful for Melissa in management and Isaac in Maintenance. Between the two assisting me in my stay and making it so comfortable. Melissa is always readily accessible and Isaac always working so hard and efficiently in finishing the work orders, I’m truly thankful for all their hard work. Both are so kind and def put in the time to maintain a comfortable atmosphere here at the Harlow apartments. Thank you!
Completely incompetent office staff. If you need anything at all fixed with your apartment, be ready to wait over a month. I've had two ripped screens in my windows since the day I moved in. 3 weeks went by since their initial visit to look at the screens after they said it should be fixed in a week, I asked them why it was taking so long and they said there was an issue ordering parts and that we would get an update before the end of the week. Travelled from out of state for a tour and they did not show up. Had a confirmation email with the date and time of the appointment and still did not show up.
