Me and my family were looking for a cheaper place to live and we found this apartment complex. We toured the next day the office was open and was signing the lease that weekend! The people here were so kind and upfront about things and I really enjoyed the service from Melissa she was swamped with people coming in and still made time to check in as we were reading the lease then gave us the keys and checked out the conditions of the apartment with us. Horrible 2 year experience living here. They are asking way too much for the lack of amenities. The apartment wasn’t turned correctly before moving in and wasn’t properly cleaned. Anytime anything needed a repair the maintenance man never did it due to his personal feelings and not being able to work in the unit while we weren’t there. The only time a repair was actually made was when the AC unit failed in the middle of the 100 degree summer. It has the worst leasing management I have ever contacted. They have scheduled me tour to visit one of the apartments for three times and they didn’t show up in any of them.
I had an appointment today at 3:00 PM to tour the apartment, and I arrived at 3:04. The leasing agent was in the office but didn’t come out to greet or speak with me — she just told me to wait. I waited for about ten minutes until she finally called me, asked for my ID to show me the apartment, and I quickly went to my car to grab it. When I came back and handed it to her, she said to wait. rude attitude. She told me to “make another appointment” instead of honoring the one I already had. I lived in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage at The Harlow for almost two and a half years with my 3 children.
