I see roaches everyday. In the kitchen, rooms, bathroom, outside! I can’t handle this anymore. They are huge and disgusting! When I see them on the kitchen table I loose my appetite. It’s so unsanitary and I keep my place very clean. And yes we have notified this issue but nothing is changing. Here is one I caught with a cup today. 😩
I’ve been living here for a while now, and I’m honestly confused about why the utility costs are so high. The trash fee alone is almost $50 a month. I could understand that if we had valet trash service, but we still have to walk our trash to the dumpster ourselves. Since before moving to the apartments I requested an extra parking because my husband has material in his truck and we have seen homeless inside the apartments, I had to stay in "guest" because he has tools and they had given us an answer "according to the earliest a parking lot" and we have been waiting for 8 months for the parking lot and yesterday the tow truck took my car and they are charging me $470 to pick up my car and surely they will not be responsible, we are going to be one year old and I am not going to make a n... read more
UPDATE 5/22/2026!!!! Still dealing with cockroaches 9 months later. They dump old/broken appliances behind the dumpster right in front of my home for a week at a time. Which is a major eyesore. They should hose them out of sight behind the property until they can be hauled away. The manager Melissa is very rude will not come out of her office to acknowledge residents. Me and my family were looking for a cheaper place to live and we found this apartment complex. We toured the next day the office was open and was signing the lease that weekend! The people here were so kind and upfront about things and I really enjoyed the service from Melissa she was swamped with people coming in and still made time to check in as we were reading the lease then gave us the keys and checked out the conditions of the apartment with us.
