The Harlow, and specifically Tatianna Benson and Melissa Bonilla will take your money and deposit and leave you dry, respond late to your inquiries, and blame it on you. We aren’t fighting for our deposit back because we hope our $200 deposit and $110 in application fees will pay for itself by letting others know what a scam this place is. I can definitely see myself living here. Shalundra and Esmeralda were so sweet and helpful.
If you don't mind sewer roaches, then you'll be fine. This area seems to be infested with them. I've been online comparing other apartments, they all have sewer roaches on the property and in the units. Also the neighbors are noisy and they smoke weed in the apartments so I wake up choking in the middle of my sleep and I have asthma. I'm wheezing all the time. I don't know how many times I've complained about it. They should take down that sign, smoke free environment. Plus, it's hard to find parking if you have more than on... read more
I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and am so thankful for Melissa in management and Isaac in Maintenance. Between the two assisting me in my stay and making it so comfortable. Melissa is always readily accessible and Isaac always working so hard and efficiently in finishing the work orders, I’m truly thankful for all their hard work. Both are so kind and def put in the time to maintain a comfortable atmosphere here at the Harlow apartments. Thank you!
