I see roaches everyday. In the kitchen, rooms, bathroom, outside! I can’t handle this anymore. They are huge and disgusting! When I see them on the kitchen table I loose my appetite. It’s so unsanitary and I keep my place very clean. And yes we have notified this issue but nothing is changing. Here is one I caught with a cup today. 😩

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I’m honestly confused about why the utility costs are so high. The trash fee alone is almost $50 a month. I could understand that if we had valet trash service, but we still have to walk our trash to the dumpster ourselves. On top of that, we constantly have issues with homeless people coming onto the property. There have been break-ins, cars being damaged, and homeless individuals using the outdoor pool showers. UPDATE 5/22/2026!!!! Still dealing with cockroaches 9 months later. They dump old/broken appliances behind the dumpster right in front of my home for a week at a time. Which is a major eyesore. They should hose them out of sight behind the property until they can be hauled away. The manager Melissa is very rude will not come out of her office to acknowledge residents.
