Great storage unit. Easy to get in and out of. Pay by the month makes it very convenient.
Would give a -10 if possible!!! Absolutely awful!!! I had my bill set up for auto pay which the first payment had no issues. I saw the second payment was mailed out as it should have been and went to get in my unit and the owner put extra locks on it!!!! States they didn’t receive the payment and never notified me prior to putting locks on it!! I need in it TODAY and he’s telling me that he won’t be back until Wednesday to get it open for me.
