I will post pictures of the terrible quality this builder did in my home in The Pastures soon. I have been in the process of rebuilding the tile in my master bedroom, and can’t believe the corners that were cut. The original homeowner must have had them attempt to repair the tile previously, and what they did to try to fix it is a complete joke. There are many other builders to choose from, avoid this one. zero out of five stars

I am a contractor and I am doing work on a home built by summerset homes. I am doing repairs on a deck that the builder had built into the home at the time of the homes construction. I am appuled at The lack of quality and disregard for safety.. I know for a fact that no inspection was done on the deck due to all of the safety issues in its construction.. I have been in my home for 3 years and the garage floor has settled approximately 2” around the perimeter of foundation and approximately 3” in the center of the floor. Hardwood floors were installed over a wet subfloor and I have abnormal gaps, flexing and popping of boards in hardwood floors, and multiple squeaks. Hardwood flooring company owner advised the hardwood was installed over a wet subfloor.
