I own one of their outdoor pizza ovens. I contacted them for some parts. They were super helpfull and sent the parts out quickly. Highly recommend them.

Purchased an American Muscle Grill in 2016. Found out in August of 2024 that I had an issue and spoke to Makenna who was extremely friendly, polite, and knowlegable. She disussed the issue with upper management and provided the replacement items under warranty. Very happy with the grill overall, but even more impressed by the customer service, and with Makenna in particular. Randy W.
