Purchased the line up for our Outdoor Kitchen with Summerset. After 2 years our $5k grill crates rusted, both the warming grate and the main cooking grates. Our grill is under a fully covered porch always has the Summerset Grill cover on. Summerset would not honor a warranty claim.
If you are looking for a grill or burner check them out. It’s so hard to find a company that stands behind their products. Also, Megan Marietta in customer care was amazing! She also had a tech call me (sorry forgot his name) to help troubleshoot electrical issue. I will continue to be a loyal customer! I hope management is getting these reviews!!!
We are enjoying the Summerset outdoor appliances that were installed in our outdoor kitchen. Also, the Customer Care team at Summerset is very helpful. It’s clear that the team at Summerset prioritize their customers happiness and product satisfaction.
I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Megan at Summerset Grills parent company (AMD Direct). I had recently been notified from BBQ Guys (authorized dealer) that my Summerset nugget ice maker wouldn’t be delivered until March of next year. I bought the matching refrigerator and ice maker so that they could sit side-by-side as a set in my new outdoor kitchen.
