If you are looking for a grill or burner check them out. It’s so hard to find a company that stands behind their products. Also, Megan Marietta in customer care was amazing! She also had a tech call me (sorry forgot his name) to help troubleshoot electrical issue. I will continue to be a loyal customer! I hope management is getting these reviews!!!

I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Megan at Summerset Grills parent company (AMD Direct). I had recently been notified from BBQ Guys (authorized dealer) that my Summerset nugget ice maker wouldn’t be delivered until March of next year. Had one of the 24” stainless steel outdoor fridges installed by a contractor building our outdoor bar. Really liked the fridge and performance but only lasted 4 years (in the shade and out of sunlight. If I’m paying almost $2000 for a fridge, I’d expect it to last longer or else I’d just buy the cheaper ones for $500 and replace them on the same time line. I own one of their outdoor pizza ovens. I contacted them for some parts. They were super helpfull and sent the parts out quickly. Highly recommend them.
