Purchased an American Muscle Grill in 2016. Found out in August of 2024 that I had an issue and spoke to Makenna who was extremely friendly, polite, and knowlegable. She disussed the issue with upper management and provided the replacement items under warranty. Very happy with the grill overall, but even more impressed by the customer service, and with Makenna in particular. Randy W.

Eric From AMD Direct was absolutely incredible ! The customer service is top notch. I could not have gotten my order and the help of him and his team without him being diligent and so willing to assist me. I highly recommend.

After having waited months on my local dealer to obtain a replacement refrigerator door that was damaged in shipping, in desperation, I called Summerset Grills and spoke to Makenna Jacobs. She was able to find a new door quickly and have it shipped. FedEx then damaged that door! I called Makenna and related this. Her supervisor approved of sending another one ASAP. I can't thank them enough; great service. I don't usually do reviews, but this is very deserving and I'm happy to do it.
