BAD🤬🤬😡🤬🤬 Called spoke to a woman about pricing and she tells me about a hair model needed; oh great(!)- NOT! She said she was going to send me a text after giving her all my info email ph number etc. NEVER got the email and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES TRYING TO CONFIRM WHAT I WAS TOLD!!!🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 THOUGHT this place was it but DEFINITELY NOT!😡😡😡 THEIR SERVICES SUCK AS THEY SHOW BIAS AS TO WHAT CALLS/MESSAGES THEY RESPOND TO! Good luck to whoever uses their services. VERY BAD
Great service
Canceled my hair appointment last minute without any explanation. I had to attend an event and couldn’t arrange any other appointment.
Chanel was so great! I loved my cut and even was complimented on it by a stylist who was doing my hair a few days later for a wedding. Loved Chanel’s vibes as well and was offered really good hair care advice specific to my hair. The cut and the experience definitely get 5 stars!
