When we moved to Templeton, we rented a home that was listed with Summers. We moved in and all was fine. After four months, we received a phone call that we had three days to pay the pet deposit or the owner would evict us immediately. Turns out, little did Summers know that we were good friends with the owners and they knew nothing of this. They had forgotten all about the pet deposit as did we. They were furious that Summers treated us like that and lied to us. NEVER do business with this company. They are dishonest.
We contracted with Summers Real Estate to manage our property in Atascadero. They are totally unsatisfactory from the point of view of a property owner. They were uncommunicative and cost us a lot of money. Beware property owners these people will cost you money!
