We had a poor experience with Summers plumbing today. Ron arrived in the morning to help resolve some plumbing issues we had. The moment he arrived Ron was dismissive and very abrasive. He worked for 2 hours and 45 minutes and then announced he had to leave and come back to finish the job but before he left he demanded that we pay him $600. He returned an hour later to finish the job, which at that time I asked if he could give me an estimated cost for completion. He said it would be over a $1000 or more. AVOID SUMMERS PLUMBING! Ron Quoted me a price to change out a leaking water heater, then the morning of the job he sent me a text telling me things were changing. He changed the model for one of LESSER SIZE AND QUALITY, but guess what? THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE THE SAME! According to his website he's been doing this 35 years, but I'm supposed to believe he didn't know the unit he quoted me was all of the sudden SPECIAL ORDER and TWICE THE PRICE!
