The plumbing technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and resolved it. It was a simple fix, a loose nut which did not allow the pick-up rod to close the pop-up on the sink in the master bathroom. The most recent repair was the furnace humidifier. The technician spotted the problem within moments of opening the door and it was resolved in minutes.
