Sebastian was very pleasant to talk to and work with. Explained everything that he did and itemized the bill for what parts that were going to fail in the future, the price to fix. No pressure to do the repairs. Great technician. Will do business with this company in the future.
We have been using Summers for years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms. Yosef did an excellent job explaining the current situation, how to remedy it and long-term maintenance items to get the most life out of our furnace.
Solidly into several seasons on our replaced heating and air system, as well as our new water heater. Each tech we’ve met at our equipment checkups has been professional and informative! We remain impressed by the entire Summers team, and today’s visit reconfirms the Summers excellent customer service.
Service Technician Darian Black did an excellent job. He took the time to show and explain what he found and the actions he took during the annual inspection and service of our furnace. Darian left everything clean and in order. He sent a detailed report of his findings and options we could choose to improve the air flow in the house and to extend the life of the key parts of the furnace. Highly recommend Summers and their knowledgeable people, especially Darian Black!
