Today, July 31 we had our follow up visit from Summers. Kyle Woods did an excellent job! He explained everything he did for our air conditioner and a plan for the future. While there, he also notice a leak in an out door pipe... and he contacted the office to schedule a plumber to come out! Above and beyond! And so friendly... the dogs didnt even mind him being there! I cannot CAUTION you all enough about Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling! They give questionable advice/quotes/ service! I gave this company a chance 2 years ago by purchasing one of the offers they provided through the mail for a HVAC System clean & check and plumbing inspection and then proceeded to purchase their maintenance plan, as it was a good price. First, the free plumbing inspection suggested resulted in suggesting thousands of dollars of repairs/maintenance. Which I checked on their suggestions with my good fr... read more
