Service Representative John L was very courteous, info6, explained what he saw the problem to be with pictures that made what he said make sense. I felt comfortable with what he said as it answered unspoken concerns. This is what quality service looks like.
Peyton did a great job of explaining what the process would be to clean our air ducts. He was very professional and friendly.
A/C went out during the latest heatwave. Summers sent Michael out the morning after. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Thankful the issue was simple. The service we have gotten from Summers has always been great and professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pricey. I know how much the parts cost. But they also guarantee their work.
