Old furnace quit on a cold Wednesday night, Dylan Brooks was there early Thursday and did thorough diagnostics, but the old girl needed more repairs than we could justify when compared to new. We were having a problem with our water softener. Seth came early morning and quickly analyzed the problem. The water softener was under warranty so it will be taken care of at no cost. It was a difficult day with my husband in hospital. Seth was kind and sympathetic and reassured me that the problem would be taken care of promptly. I appreciated Seth expertise and kindness!
Austin was here...inspected and diaged the gas furnace. Thorough job, and took the time to explain everything and provided quotes for possible upcoming repairs. Polite, honest and efficient young man. Kudos, Austin!
