I called for help removing a small plastic piece from my drain and requested a borescope inspection. The office said technicians had one, but the technician arrived without it and instead quoted $400 for a camera inspection. They missed the first appointment, then came the next day, cut the wrong pipe, and later fixed it—without resolving my main issue. AC stopped working today. Was able to book an appointment the same day. Dustin arrived when promised and diagnosed what ended up being a long-standing problem with the original thermostat wiring. Dustin was able to quickly diagnose the problem and implement a simple fix. Great job Dustin! Thanks! Note: We use Summer's for all of our plumbing needs. Consistently excellent service and prompt response.

My review would be very mixed. We needed a sewer line cleaned out. The person who made the appointment was very friendly and we were told in advance there would be a $99 charge, even if they did no work. We accepted those terms, assuming the charge would be if we decided not to use them. The service person arrived - very nice fellow. Immediately there was pressure to become a member and all of that.
