I transferred to the Columbus location in October from the Franklin location (member since 2018) after moving to the Columbus area. Ive been unhappy with this location and inquired about canceling my membership. The individual I spoke to said canceling my membership would require me to pay back any discounts I received while a member. LOL okay? Today was the finishing touch of a job by Nate I am very grateful for his work, he went way above and beyond being a plumber as well as over his “normal hours” to ensure we were happy and not just satisfied. Thank you Nate and Summers for always treating us well!

I have called them couple of times to cancel my contract as i have moved out of the property, no traceability to calls or any actions taken from their side. Person who answers the phone says it's the upper management that has to cancel and they haven't done anything in 10 days. this feels like a gym membership cancelation. DO NOT get into any contract with them. They also did a very average job or installing my water heater, quoted for things that are not needed. Be aware of this business.
