Mark was very informative and knowledgeable with good spirits in our conversation with our estimate. His recommendations were very helpful. Seems like a good, caring man for the company helping customers. I usually don’t give five stars because nobody is perfect, there will always be more room for improvement. David was efficient at conducting a heater evalution and he was a clear communicator on my routine yearly service call. I was dismayed, however, that Summers P, H, & C wanted to charge me $333 to change the $60 UV light bulb in my system. David, however, was good at explaining when I asked if I could do this myself and saved me the service call.
