11/27/2024 -Zach was professional and thorough. He was here for my yearly service on my HVAC system, came on time within the time frame given and completed the service quickly and efficiently. I will always recommend Summers. They have the best service technicians and are honest and reliable. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Excellent service!
Opened the door to a smiling, congenial, man. Shoe covers on, mask on, professional. Asked where funance and thermostat were, went to work. Showed me the condition of my furnace and told me what he could do. Did it and thoroughly went through my furnace. 2nd service, Davis comes, explains what he will do in detail. Does it comes up from basement where furnace is, reports all the findings while cleaning furnace and asked if i had just changed filter.
