I had 3 good experiences. Last time I'm not at all happy with. My complaint was not getting heat out of 5 of diffusers. He said there's a problem with ductwork under my trailer. He said they couldn't do repairs until it warms up and snow melts. My thermostat won't even go up to 60° and runs non stop. I'm paying $11.99 a month for what, for nothing. This guy keeps answering and calls himself Dane and pretending to be a robot. Says he's A.I.
