Had an issue with my A/C coil freezing. Suspected low refrigerant so I called and Efrain came out to diagnose. He had confirmed it was low and talked me through options, but ultimately recommended I consider looking into replacement of the A/C (ouch). Scheduled a quote a few weeks later, which was not what I was anticipating and was out of range for me at that time.
