Only the AC maintenance was done, but Efrain (technician) completed the job in a timely manner. He also sent me the work notes (and recommendations) on the AC.
Brenden was very professional and informative. His knowledge of plumbing related topics was very good and he was able to communicate it very well. He was personable and very informative, providing an in-depth understanding of the available options for the service I was requesting to be performed making it easy to understand, making my decision on what to do and which way to proceed much easier.
Jason and Gavin did an amazing job of installing my water heater today, I’m so thankful to Summers for sending their BEST guys. Everything was done professionally and promptly. Please in the future only send Jason and/or Gavin. Great guys and company.
Jason is friendly and courteous. He is also very thorough, and discovered several problems with regard to plumbing and safety. He looked into several options to solve our plumbing issues. We felt that he was truly concerned to resolve our situation.
