John Norris was great. He got here, told him the problem. He went and checked it out. We discussed what the problem was and he then proceeded to fix the problem. He talked me through everything he was doing. He didn't try to confuse me with technical issues he just said it how it was. He was very professional and kind the entire time. I hope all your employees are as good as he was. If I ever have any further issues I will call Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling
