Summers Landing is under new leadership with Billie Chambers. The community has gone under a mini renovation. All rooms and Cottages are fresh and ready for move in! The staff there is out of this world!

took months to pay for services,, rude ass people,they asked for bids on work they were doing already,not even sure why. they wanted bids on work already being done. trying to talk with the mantenance man, to get a message to the boss lady, no answer, from him or her, avoided us at every turn, they did pay the bill after a few month though, not sure why it took so long, anyway we will not long do business with them
well as a contractor that has worked, for them,I can tell you they take months to pay, and do not honor any agreement entered in, and it looks, like I will have to take them to court to get the back payment, who knows, this time last time they did pay after three months, but now they hang up when I call, If they hang up when i make collection calls, kinda not looking good huh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just do not work for them, I have spoken to other companies in the area, they have done this to at least three places, I spoke to Greggs,... read more
