Ms. Amy filed my business taxes 2 weeks after I gave them to her. I called and left many messages but she would not return my call. I literally had to show up in person to get her to talk with me. After paying her in full I never received notification from the IRS confirming submission. I called the office 5 times in the last 3 weeks and she never called back. Very unprofessional and discourteous. I will never use her again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Mr. Steve is the best!! I have been using him for 11 years now!!
