The technician arrived prepared and got right into the inspection. He was knowledgeable and explained the results in an easy-to-follow way.
I expected some delays due to needing building management coordination, but the technician efficiently installed the new thermostat in under an hour once everything was cleared. His thorough explanation of the connection between the thermostat and our existing system was helpful for future reference.
The duct and vent cleaning took about two hours, which seemed reasonable given the size of our system, and they explained that the persistent dust issue was due to old filters needing replacement. Having previously received a shorter visit from another company with less thoroughness, I appreciated how detailed their work was this time.
Efficient seasonal check-up on the A/C.
After an inadequate first installation attempt from another company left us with inefficient air distribution, this HVAC technician carefully reassessed our duct needs and completed the new installation in just under three hours. The airflow is now noticeably improved, and it's reassuring to know they took the time to address specific issues overlooked by the previous contractor.
