I have been going here since I moved here. Never have a had a problem with appointments until this past year. You call and they put you on hold for 15+ minutes. I've called the last two days and no one has answered, I get a voicemail. Poorly ruined office and I don't recommended it at all. I've had problems with bills pretty much every time trying to over charge me or not telling me correct info up front. Melonie is a great doctor don't get me wrong , just her staff is horrible!
