We were shown a very pretty staged apt. and thought our apt. that we would be getting would at least be ready but there was Nothing ready about the apt. It was Feb. and there was snow on the ground. The night we moved in, we walked into the apartment and the central unit would not even come on. Turns out, it was wired completely wrong. My husband who was a home builder, who had built a lot of houses had to inspect the hvac unit himself because when we called maintenance at first, they never came and we were cold. now. i live it!!!Summerplace Apartments are a wonderful place to live and raise your family. it's very quiet here. we are under construction now, which makes the outside so beautiful with brand new colors. I have been here a total of 15 years
