My husband and I have lived here since May, 2016 and we're very happy with Summerlyn Place. The location is perfect for shopping, movies, dining and banking. The office staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. The grounds are always nicely mowed. The apartment is spacious for 2 adults and any maintenance issues are usually handled the first time.
