New house had roof leaks. We found out during initial home inspection and informed to the builder. They mentioned it was rectified. 4 months later we had rainwater streaming down the kitchen ceiling from the ceiling lights. Did not expect this build quality and workmanship from a new build house. Dissapointed to say the least.
