This is a great community. Quiet and well maintained. The new club house is amazing with a lot amenities and a brand new gym. I will highly recommend Summerloch Green. Kathia
Who ever is the new owner, needs to review the people that are running the place. I'm a new owner and each time I've addressed any maintenance on my new trailer it never gets taken care of. Doug is rude and very difficult, he even told me if I wasn't happy to sell. I would like to talk to his boss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live here and have for years. The new management is awful. They constantly harass the people living here. They have tried to make people repair their driveway and trim trees on the lot you rent from them. Mike Albaugh is condescending and difficult to deal with. Cobblestone the management company is totally unresponsive.
