Stay away. I have two pairs of glasses that I can’t see clearly with. They keep scheduling one appointment after another. The problem is never resolved.
My experience here was outstanding then absolutely horrendous. I’m pretty sure when I asked for my current glasses to be tightened and adjusted they broke my frames and without telling me replaced them with the stock on the wall. The staff brought them out to me without communicating the situation and the woman who presented them to me was aggressive and seemed mad at me when I wasn’t even aware of the situation. First I would like to say that Dr. McCaffrey and her staff are very professional as well as a joy to deal with. From the time you step into the office its like dealing with family as you feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend Summerlin Vision to all my friends. I know my vision is in great hands.
Wont use ever again. First let me say this I love love love the Dr. she is great and very personable the problem is with the staff. I was there several weeks ag for an exam I had my exam and picked out my glasses. I was first annoyed that even with my vison benefits that allocated me one frame per year that I still walked about paying almost $400 its ok though because when I first started coming here $400 was like $4 to me so I didnt trip on that part so much.
