On the other side of the tracks.....this HH Summerlin neighborhood is on the other side of the freeway/215. New developments and landscaping west of the freeway. East of the freeway our street signs are dilapidated. Our HOA won't let you pull your trash cans out too early in the day of pick up. But we do get to live like this in a mostly renters neighborhood who rarely care about the way the front of the house/ landscape looks to their neighbors/owners.

Be careful. 1700 Pavilion they state TI will be $125-$150 sq ft but its minimal $200 sq ft. Management is not honest. Be careful!!
