They just want to scam you. Saying you win a free gift card. But I said no I dont want it. Then they asked why I didnt want the free gift card, I replied with "I just need to speak to a plumber about my sink" he tried to charge me 12.00$ just to speak with them. Not even a real agency if you ask me.
The attachment says it all. These guys are literally thieves. You cannot charge $ 489 for a job that literally takes 15 minutes to fix and a $ 50 part. This is beyond dishonest and a terrible business practice. The poor technician they sent by the name of Miguel was struggling to justify, I know it wasn't his fault , he is just following order. What a shame this company. Stay away !!!!
Very nice, very friendly people at this company who are very honest.I was very impressed with Summerlin Plumbing & Rooter Pros and how knowledgeable, patient, and great they were regarding a mainline clog I had.
So, we are on vacation in Vegas in a rental condo. My son throws a football at his sister and breaks the kitchen faucet right off! A huge mess and water everywhere. We called Summerlin Plumbing & Rooter Pros who told us how to turn the water off and then came out quickly. They took care of everything in between outbursts of laughter from everybody. The morale of the story is (call Summerlin Plumbing & Rooter Pros when you need plumbing emergency repairs) or don't throw footballs in the house.
