It's like living in an internment camp. Cockroaches are more communal than this community. It's one of the things that I find absolutely despicable about Vegas, there is no sense community or being neighborly. Just go in your home, be boring and constantly berate your neighbors when they don't look like you talk like you or think like you.
The building is nicely decorated for the holidays. Alexa at the front desk was very helpful. Scott, who's new to the area and the association was very helpful and even got back to me with a question he couldn't answer while I was there.
Always harassing us for no good reason. Feel discriminated as well. Not a safe place to be living in Summerlin as far as the HOA community. Be ready for letters always coming in the mail about something “not right” with your property. Keep in mind our premises are the greenest on the street. They just want to push you to get rid of grass and enforce the desert landscape. That being said, we have over 50 golf courses in Las Vegas.
