Management tries to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. From not having enough parking for residents; then having a company come in to tow your car after you have paid a ridiculous fee for rent to adding additional unnecessary fees to your rent every month. They never clean the walkways and most of the stationary things such as blinds are patched. Yet they charge you a fee when you leave for them.
We're coming up on our 1 year anniversary here, and I would like to share my roommate's and my experience. The staff is AWESOME, constantly willing to help, very concise, very considerate, and especially very good at communicating! There have been mishaps outside of their control, but they're sure to let you know as soon as they can, and come up with solutions. Highly recommend!
I'll be starting a job in a couple months in a Concord and am looking for a place to live. I visited Summerlin and drove through first and found the ground neat and the people friendly. I stopped in the office and meet the Sandy the manager. I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly as well. A resident came in while I was talking with Sandy and I voluntarily let Sandy take care of the resident. This place is roach infested! If you live here you will have roaches crawling all over everything you eat and wear! They also have a policy about visitor parking that is unheard of anywhere else. If you live here anyone who visits you has to pay .50 cents an hour to park or be towed. The towing company they use is an hour away and the fee to get your car is $260.00 The on site manager, Sandy, will tell you she has nothing to do with it BUT the tow company is hired by the complex.
