Sandy and Lisa in the leasing office are so helpful! They answered all my questions and guided me through the whole process. It is very quiet in my building. The buildings are a bit older, but I love it. Grounds are well maintained.
Terrible experience with the leasing office. I paid my money to apply to this place the communication is terrible. They have apartments listed that aren't available in the 1st place so they are basically stealing application fees which is extremely low. I have heard from previous renters not to rent here and i should have listened. They are inconsistent, they don’t have and proper conduct regarding business. Honesty they really need to upgrade the ppl that are managing this location the need retraining and lots of upgrades..... read more
This place is old and not kept up really well. It is also not transparent on the qualifications for renting. You can have a perfect rental history and a high credit score and they will still take your application money and not approve your application. Beware of the gimmick. Post Review: I have been approved for a more expensive apartment home with zero deposit that is amazing with amenities and such. This response is generic. Please, look elsewhere for the price and this generic response towards me should be enough.
It was a good experience Lisa and the manager are very kind people. I'll recomended other people to move in here. ☺️
The moment I walked through the doors everyone was very nice very sweet and made the transition for me moving in with my daughter so professional and fast . They community is absolutely beautiful,clean and quiet. Lisa was wonderful to work with and showed me the best apartment for us. Thank you to all staff here at Summerlin you guys are fantastic!!!
