Cara was wonderful today. I came in wanting a pretty dramatic change, and she totally nailed it. I was so impressed that her styling was ALSO a lot of teaching! She showed me how I can achieve the look myself at home. I’d MUCH rather that than a blowout I can’t recreate. Thank you, Cara!

Update - replying to Kara's response. - I was able to get the orange chunky and streaky highlights fixed easily by another stylist. I also don't use "box dye" i use schwartzkopf professional hair color when i do my roots between sessions :) i would never say i dont care if my hair gets damaged? and the reason i called back day of is because my girlfriends told me i needed to get it fixed asap. i hope that helps clarify. I want to share my experience with Kara. I came in for a balayage and was clear during the appointment that I did not want red, auburn, or warm tones - which she asked and clarified multiple times prior to coloring my hair. When time constraints were mentioned, I agreed to do whatever was possible, even if that meant just a few highlights. I’ve been getting highlights most of my life and felt I communicated clearly.
