Kelly made the process easy and hassle-free. The community is beautiful and well kept. Very quiet which is what I like since I work nights. I couldn't be happier.
Moved from out of state. Kelly the sales manager was very helpful in getting the sale approved. In the course of doing so she mentioned that the unfinished lot around the home I was buying would be filled, leveled and seeded within a few weeks. That was mid-September. The company contracted to do so left a pile of dirt on one side of my lot for weeks which I spread and leveled myself in November. That company collected their money and disappeared. STAY AWAY!!! Ever since sun communities bought this place it is becoming high crime. Businesses in the area are complaining and wanting to relocate because of Pineview. They let anyone move in here. The police have said it is getting very bad in Pineview. We've lived here 12 years and I'm so sad what this place is becoming. Nothing but break ins, stealing, gun shots, speeding, loud music, etc. Just trash. This place used to be so nice and safe.
Never, Never move here. I have nothing problems. Call the office and went and talk to them, still nothing done. And when you call and talk to them they act like your the problem, Really. The front of the park is nice, but take a ride in the back, they tell me......
