Kelly made the process easy and hassle-free. The community is beautiful and well kept. Very quiet which is what I like since I work nights. I couldn't be happier.
Moved from out of state. Kelly the sales manager was very helpful in getting the sale approved. In the course of doing so she mentioned that the unfinished lot around the home I was buying would be filled, leveled and seeded within a few weeks. That was mid-September. The company contracted to do so left a pile of dirt on one side of my lot for weeks which I spread and leveled myself in November. That company collected their money and disappeared.
