i dont live there just looking around seeing if there like this apartment im in summerhills apartment dont move here either its bad and there always in ur busniess been going up on my rent every 9 months since i been here 3 years now both apartments have unprofessional rude people working for this company they are scammmer. i dont eevn want to give a star but i guess i will.
I called and spoke with Farrah. I just had a couple of questions to ask. I would start asking a question and before I finished, she would cut me off and answer. She was very unprofessional and short with me. I'm glad I don't live at that town home complex. I really didn't want to give a star but I couldn't post review without it. 0 stars
Whatever you do, please don’t rent from here. When we moved out they charged us over 3k In damages when the vinyl and appliances were already subject to wear and tear, when we sent a contention letter they provided us bills that weren’t even close to 3k. Even in the process of getting a lawyer to start a civil case they sold the debt to a collections agency, now we have to deal with moving with this collection on our credit.
