I want to start off by saying my experience living here has been good. However there’s been changes going on that aren’t making it an enjoyable place to live at anymore. The lack of cleanliness that I been noticing around the building especially in the washers, when Rafael Galvez was here everything was seriously clean now you can really see the difference and lack of attention that’s being put on keeping the complex clean. The gentleman that works weekends is great I didn’t catch his name but he’s been coming in on Saturdays I had an issue and he solved it right away very professional and doesn’t ignore issues when reported he takes action right away. However I did bring this issue to the attention of Candy and she didn’t seem to do anything in regard to my issue, did not address it or do anything to solve it.
Unfortunately this place has gone downhill it’s not being cleaned like it used when Rafael & Jose were here this place was much more clean the laundry mats are filthy there’s animal hair all over the washers I tried to call the office to let them know but I got no answer I did leave them a voicemail not sure if they got it since nothing was done I checked and still dirty! Building 1 2nd floor
There’s a woman who recently moved in that drives a white jeep who always has her dog running around without a leash barking. It’s very annoying because her dog almost bit me dogs should be on leash at all times! Not sure where she lives she just moved in last week I believe. It would be very helpful if management can notify her about this since she just moved in and already giving a bad look. I enjoy living at this property very calm and quiet I’ve been here for about a year now. However lately I’ve been noticing smoke smells coming into my window it seems like people are smoking outside there balcony although I was told smoking is prohibited outside balcony seems like people don’t care nor respect that. I often like leaving my windows open to get fresh air but lately the smells haven’t been pleasant as I personally don’t like smoke smell inside my place.
