My Maintenance Manager Jose is so awesome. No matter what, he also makes time to greet me. I really like the fact that I can always ask him a question about something & he actually has the right answer. I had a issue going on with my bathroom & it was fixed the same day. I really appreciate his hard work eithic.
We've lived here for a little more than a year now and so far everything looks fine. Mona (the community director) is very helpful (our car got hit in the parking lot of the apartment complex and with the help of Mona, we were able to identify the car (and the person involved in the incident) very quickly. We also have quick responses from her whenever we have questions.
Mona has been very helpful, specifically when I had a maintenance issue after hours she responded & resolved the issue w/the help of Jose the next morning. Any complex issues I was concerned with were also responded to in a timely manner. She’s awesome.
My overall experience living in Summerhill Terrace Apartments was a living hell, the roof of the wall was leaking in my bathroom & maintenance people didn't even fix it until three months later, police got called on me for no reason what so ever, my car got towed twice by All Brauns Towing even though I had my parking permit on the dashboard, my car got broken into & the apartment manager did absolutely nothing, there was a eviction notice on my front door even though I already paid for my rent, they wrongfully took a extra ... read more
