After five years of residency, I’m saddened to say the environment here has taken a sharp turn for the worse. The new manager, Erica, is unprofessional and creates a very "creepy" atmosphere. She frequently stares at tenants and their guests in an intimidating way and seems to pick and choose who has to follow the rules based on personal preference. Good place to live at. But the office hours are a little confusing office is supposed to be open Tuesday-Saturday but the manager Ericka doesn’t show up Saturdays she also closes the office early it’s barely 5pm and the office is already closed the office is supposed to close at 6pm she normally never stays until 6pm unless someone else is working with her…
All credit goes to Erica, the Manager for my transition to my new home being smooth, effortless, without any problems or complications. Erica is extremely knowledgeable as a leasing manager, seamless, efficient and she was very thorough throughout the overall process. Appreciative, grateful and very thankful I chose Summerhill Terrace.
