Good place to live at. But the office hours are a little confusing office is supposed to be open Tuesday-Saturday but the manager Ericka doesn’t show up Saturdays she also closes the office early it’s barely 5pm and the office is already closed the office is supposed to close at 6pm she normally never stays until 6pm unless someone else is working with her…
All credit goes to Erica, the Manager for my transition to my new home being smooth, effortless, without any problems or complications. Erica is extremely knowledgeable as a leasing manager, seamless, efficient and she was very thorough throughout the overall process. Appreciative, grateful and very thankful I chose Summerhill Terrace.
Erica was very professional. She was patient with me and answered any questions I had about the application process and the apartment, which was really nice and almost everything I wanted🙂
