Worst experience!!!
I am impressed by the cleanliness and maintainance being offered by this company at 145 Hillcrest Avenue. I own an apartment here for more than a decade. I have seen many good changes since summer hill took over. Keep it up.
Worst service experience. Ordered a status certificate on December 22 and paid for URGENT processing, expecting delivery by December 23 or 24. Despite multiple follow-up calls, no one responded until January 5. The request placed on December 22, was not processed until January 5. This delay entirely defeated the purpose of paying for URGENT service.
Avoid any bulidings managed by Summerhill, I beg! I have lived in the same building for 25 years, this property management is the worst I've experienced. Not helpful in the slightest, no warning when the hot water is going to be turned off. No way in getting in contact with them unless on office hours. Super in charge is also no help, just keeps telling us to call management. Our bathroom needs repair, they came and looked and never heard back from them.
