1. The walls are extremely thin. If you have an upstairs neighbor, you’ll hear every footstep and know exactly when they shower and for how long. 2. The internet is a major issue. Xfinity cable is the only available provider, offering just 5 Mbps upload speed. With a monopoly in the area, Xfinity delivers poor service at an outrageously high price. Apartment and maintenance is fine. However, when moving out, we have cleaned every corner of the unit a few times so there is no dust, but still got charged $300+ cleaning fees. We emailed the community relationship office with photos to ask what got cleaned after move-out, but didn't get any responses at all... Although they have an auto-reply saying someone would reach out within 48 hours, they never get back on the email. Booked a tour and arrived on time, only to find an abandoned leasing office and can't reach anyone on the phone. What a waste of time. Should have read the more recent reviews. It might have been 4 stars, but surely it isn't anymore. Seeing the half glass full, at least I didn't get stuck into a lease with them. But it is still upsetting wasting my time to schedule and travel.

So frustrating dealing with the leasing office. Also, it feels like something is breaking down every other week. The maintenance is lacking badly. Like many have said, Rene, the maintenance technician is great. He is pretty much the only person being helpful.
