Endless unit inspection. I just experienced an unit entering inspection in July 9 this year. I am not sure why there is another one just 2 weeks afterwards in July 20.
I’ve been living here for about a year and a half. The location is great, and the apartment has been a good place to live overall. My only real concern is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring units can sometimes be noticeable. That said, what really stands out is the maintenance team. Rene has been absolutely wonderful. He is always incredibly prompt, friendly, professional, and polite. Be cautious about the high move-out fees associated with this property; verify the specific details in the lease, as management will point to those terms. I recommend investigating apartments under different management company.
Never lived at this property but I have lived at another essex "managed" property. Stay away!!! Essex does not have onsite leasing or management. It's all remote, so it's a pain to communicate with them. They hardly ever answer calls or respond to emails. They list units that might not actually be available and try to keep your money if you don't accept one of the other units that they have available.
