This place is perfect and I feel like I'm in heaven w/the sound of the birds and the river ...everything is wonderful and caroline in the office is great (;
In a word, awful. When an apartment complex lists having washer/dryer facilities as an amenities, you should be wary. The senior/retirement complex was built on a series of hills. If a you are mobility impaired, you won’t do well with all the stairs it’s necessary to climb, to get to the basement laundry facilities. The apartments are overpriced, the apt manager is only on the site two days a week. The apartment manager is indifferent at best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
