Nice community.
Great place, great people. It's a nice community for 55+.
I’ve lived here for 7.5 years. I love my suite. All of the suites are beautiful and bright with adequate storage. The residents are friendly and very nice.
I moved into Summerhill in November 2022. I just turned 65, so I may be the youngest resident in the building. I thought I might not fit in, but I absolutely love it here. The people are wonderful, there are activities for everyone, it is managed well and the units are beautiful. I lived in my townhouse for 30 years, and I feel more welcome here in 6 months than I ever did there. I would totally recommend co-op living, especially here at Summerhill.
I have lived at Summerhill for over seven years. Summerhill is a senior cooperative in an excellent location in Apple Valley. Living in a coop is the best choice for independent living for seniors. There are no maintenance worries since everything is taken care of, including all appliances and carpeting. Summerhill is a very friendly community and is very well maintained, inside and out.
