I've been here for 10 years. It's a great place to live, centrally located & well maintained. The people are like family & there are many activities if you chose to get involved. The units are lovely with extra space, 9 ft. ceilings with in unit laundry. I really can't say enough about how much I like it here. I looked at a lot of other cooperatives & this one is truly the best. I feel so very blessed to have found Summerhill.
Resident since 2023: “I had to retire sooner than. expected. I decided on a senior co-op and created my “must-have” list: pets allowed, in unit laundry, underground heated parking, all or most utilities included in monthly fee, and an affordable buy-in. Summerhill was at the top of my list, but I was on six other reservation lists. I got lucky and was able to move into my first choice. The people are welcoming, the building is well-maintained, and there are a lot of amenities.”
