Manager is super nice and friendly, everything was like new when I moved in no issues. Management doesn’t bother me like at my old apartments. These apartments are very quiet and peaceful just the way I like it!!!!
It was okay when we first moved in, nice management and maintence but its under new management and she is rude. Tenants try to talk with her about the rent situation and then she gives notices almost everyday for late fees. The actual website shows rent as a certain price then if you call office they say something different. The washers and dryers dont work, the tennis court is messed up, tenants speeding through complex, the pool lights are messed up, cops are called almost all the time. Really awesome place to live at very low price. Staff is wonderful, friendly supportive and extremely professional. I couldn't have asked for a better or safer place to live. This place is highly recommended to persons looking for quality
