My wife and I were thrust into a hard to handle situation when my Father-in-law needed to find an assisted living center to call home. We needed help and quickly. For the nearly 3 years that my mother lived at Summerfield in Hammond our experience was wonderful. All the staff were very caring and provided compassionate care and services to my mother. It was very comforting knowing that she was in good hands when we were not able to be present to care for her or provide company to her. The other residents of Summerfield were like family to her and she enjoyed the many activities that were scheduled there on a daily basis.
