Живём в этих аппартментах почти год. Зоран- лучший менеджер!!! У меня сломался кондиционер, в этот же день пришли исправили, сломалась микроволновка - починили на следующий день. Много парковочных местных свободных. Бассейн требует ремонта, один тренажёр не работает, хотели съехать в аппартменты подешевле, но пообщавшись с менеджерами и увидев их отношение- передумали. Потому что Зоран реально лучший!!! Ещё и знает русский язык!! Тараканов, клопов, крыс не видели! Стиралка и сушилка работают всегда!

This place is run terrible. Not only is the on site management terrible, Blvd properties who is the property management, they are horrible and do nothing to help out. If your looking for a professionally run building this is not the place. No one is ever in the office doing their job. No one returns calls, its just a joke. Office hours say 9am to 1230 however no one is available even in the couple hours they are open. If you apply to live here expect to be ignored and for everyone to be unavailable or late to deal with you. ... read more

Amazing apartments. Lived there for more than a year, for this money - you can't find a better deal. The only bad thing - very poor windows and no w/d inside the unit. Management is awesome, maintance is fast and efficient. The neighborhood is awesome! You literally live in the suburbs with 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores! There are always parking spots available any time of the day. Loved there. Best place for the money I saw in the Sacramento area so far.
