Overall it was quiet and a nice place to live in. They are very much old, and even those that have been updated have old building issues. The windows and balcony sliding door windows aren't insulated well, and blow in hot or cold air from outside. Since they aren't sealed well, my heater and AC ran a lot more than they should have. Outside is not ADA accessible
Moved into my apartment 90 days ago and have been in love ever since. From the initial leasing staff interactions. The helpful and attentive maintenance team. I was sold from the first site visit and only have great things to say about Katie, Brittany & the whole team at Summerfield! ^_____^
This is the most horrible place I have lived in my 55 years of life! From Sabrina the un-smiling un-intelligent 35 year old un- qualified manger, and her dingy 24 year old receptionist Katie that never relays messages has managed to really run this place deeper into the ground in just a few years. Do not waste your hard earned money on this extremely overrated apartment. First of all they attack u with unreasonable fees. They have a redecorating fee of 75.00 that is nonrefundable and also u have to pay a deposit of 100.00 to hold the place as well as your regular deposit. The management is trying to steal extra money by implementing all of these unnecessary fees. If you have your usual deposit why do u have to pay a nonrefundable 75 fee for redecorating.
