Not bad apartments for the most part. Good area. Office staff is nice. They keep the property clean. Lots of bugs and spiders at this property. Has been a quiet property most of the time. Only a few incidents. Their biggest issue is the water. It gets turned off regularly and at any moment for different reasons. Also, you share the water pressure with the rest of the building. I'm fairly new here. This was the easiest apartment move in I've ever experienced! I moved from another state and Kelly was able to accommodate how unique that would be. She was so friendly and it was genuine! It was an easy process and everyone answered our questions no matter how silly I felt. They didn't even act like they were silly questions!
