Went to take a tour and the lady who showed me around was so absolutely sweet and answered all my questions. I will definitely be considering this place as my next home when my lease is up. ❤️
I unfortunately broke my contract with this apartment back in February of 2025 because I lost a job and couldn't find a new job in time. This was the first apartment I moved into when I moved out of my parent's place. I was in a studio apartment that had a lease of $789. I believe it was a 450sq unit. Nice, quiet apartments. Very low traffic through the neighborhood, hence very rare crime. Buildings are circa 1980, but appliances are new and there has been a recent remodeling. Maintenance requests are promptly answered. Front office is courteous and willing to take packages from Amazon and others for you. Plenty of open air parking, most covered parking is taken and costs extra. Clientele are above average, so your neighbors will generally be respectful and quiet. Rent hikes are small, annually.
