Company hit us with almost 2k in damages, refused to provide any documentation of the repairs aside from the charges being put on us and became complete cowards about trying to settle any of this outside court or debt collection. They lied saying they never sent anything to collections then stopped answering calls when we were trying to pay some form of settlement to get this all dropped. I would not recommend working with this company as a contractor/vendor. They don't pay on time and don't pay the late fees for paying late. I just now started getting paid for invoices from April. AVOID THE TROUBLE AND JUST AVOID THEM!!! IN ALL SPECTRUMS AS TENANTS, CONTRACTOR AND VENDORS!
