This new mgmt company is complete trash !!! NO PLAY AREA FOR THE KIDS /NO ACTIVITIES , all you smell is WEED ALL DAY IN THESE APTS , kids playing in front of residents door ways ….. trashy breezeways …then to add insult to injury it’s now water trash cable with your rent ! Thank god I MOVED OUT ! I wouldn’t encourage NO ONE TO MOVE HERE ! How bout know these muddersuckers down !
Samantha is a Rock Star! She was very professional! She allowed me to take a tour of an apartment even on short notice! She was very thorough in explaining the fees and benefits of living in the community!

I am a long time resident and this is my first review. I have to take time and acknowledge, our property manager, Reggie. I appreciate how he has in such a short time(less than a year) made a significant difference in our community. I am personally thankful for his prompt responses to all of our maintenance concerns. He goes above and beyond in attempt to turn our community into a safe and welcoming environment.
