Samantha is a Rock Star! She was very professional! She allowed me to take a tour of an apartment even on short notice! She was very thorough in explaining the fees and benefits of living in the community!

I am a long time resident and this is my first review. I have to take time and acknowledge, our property manager, Reggie. I appreciate how he has in such a short time(less than a year) made a significant difference in our community. I am personally thankful for his prompt responses to all of our maintenance concerns. This is the second time I have attempted to apply for the apartment. In 2022 the Woman working in the office assured that I can move in within two weeks. She followed back up a week lasted stating that there were plumbing issues and the apartment would not be available for 4 to 5 months. She stated that she has not yet to process my application and I could come pick up my application fee and administrative fee.
