Definitely not a place I would stay. I went to visit Summerbrook's Apartment to check and see if there was any availability. When driving up, the outside landscape was not very inviting. I didn't see anything available for kids for example a playground. Also the front of people doors was cluttered with stuff, which should be a no no since your door could be right next to theirs.
