Outstanding Community—Perfect for Us and Our Giant Dogs! I cannot say enough good things about living at Summerbridge at Rockledge. Finding an apartment complex that truly welcomes and accommodates two giant-breed dogs is rare, but we have absolutely loved everything about our time here. The entire property is top-tier. The facilities are always immaculate, and I've thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, the fitness room and the dog park. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.
I have three family members living there in separate units. Management is extremely responsive to repair requests, problems with appliances, or general issues. They bend over backwards to help senior and or disabled residents. Very friendly, helpful and professional property management staff. Due to solar electric/heat bills are next to nothing. Modern design with excellent amenities: pool, fitness center, community room available for functions, and lovely walking paths.
